Used regularly, Botty Barrier Creme helps to prevents nappy rash. Also works wonders on all of those mysterious dry patches of skin, and mild eczema. I have personally tested this cream on my sons eczema and dry leathery skin because of the eczema and after 3 days it had cleared! :D
