Also helps to ease muscle pains and helps with recovery after working out. Helps to aid in easing growing pains in young children and to relieve feelings of anxiety and stress.  Use 2-3 sprays on the problem area for cramps and muscle pains. Use 2-3 sprays on arms or legs every day to help supplement magnesium levels. For babies over 6 months use 1 spray and massage into their feet before bedtime. For young children use 1-2 sprays on arms or legs to help with sleep and feelings of worry.
