How do I use the pillow?

Step 1: Place the pillow on your bed and lay in between the wedges on your side.

Step 2: Adjust the width of the pillow so that each side comfortably wedges under your bump and back.

Step 3: Add the supplementary small pillow under your baby bump or back for extra support.

Bupsy Maternity Pillows can be easily cleaned in the washing machine. Simply remove the cover and wash it on a gentle cycle at a maximum temperature of 60° Celsius (55° Celsius can kill dust mites). After washing, you can put the pillow in the tumble dryer to freshen it up and then fluff it to restore its supportive shape.
