• First-Time Customers – If 2025 is your first time buying, you must make one additional purchase within the same year.
• Receive Your Refund –– At the end of 2025, we will refund a number of purchases depending on the company’s profits

Shipping Information:

• Orders typically take 7 to 21  working days to arrive, including carefully packed plants. 
• All deliveries will be made in accordance with our stated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to deliver your order within 7 to 21 working days, but delivery times are estimates only. If additional charges are necessary for shipping, you will be informed upfront before proceeding with your order.
• Orders take 2 to 3 days to process before dispatch. Please avoid early status inquiries.

• For urgent questions or faulty items, email us with pictures and a video.

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 21 working days.
